Tropical Storm Fay did not prevent our 4 leaders and 15 scouts from having a fantastic sailing voyage with Captain Lance Holmquist aboard the Calypso Gypsy in the Florida Keys.
Keep on the lookout for photos and a Sea Base presentation when our troop begins meeting again.
Patrol Leader's Council Calendar Planning for Troop 3's 95th year of Scouting takes place on Aug 30, noon to 4PM at Assistant Scoumaster Bill McDonnell's home located on Lake Housatonic in Shelton.
Troop Meetings resume on Wed. September 3.
I had a great time when the troop went years ago.. would be great for that journal we kept to surface somehow. I imagine this trip was just as much fun. Looking forward to seeing all the photos.
